Business and making money is simple: 1) There is a problem. 2) People need a solution. 3) They are willing to pay for that solution. That is the foundation of commerce. That will never change. So, strip out the complexity. Strip out all the bullshit. And finally, we can focus on the simplicity of solving problems. And, as you will see, the secret to this is the Character Journey. "Watch me go first..."You don't need a product. You don't need to be an expert. Again, so many get bogged down in the complexity of what they have been conditioned to believe by assholes who get rich by over-complicating things as a means to justify their value. I beg you, stop participating in that game. In life, there are puppeteers and there are pawns. I want you to be a puppeteer. Yes, it's your turn to pull the strings. And it's not hard, difficult, or complex. This Process makes it simple.

2 - ASSET CONTROL SPECIALIST MANTRA: "NEVER USE YOUR OWN MONEY" In Las Vegas, it's much more enjoyable to play, when you're playing the "house's" money. If you lose your winnings, it's not nearly as devastating as losing your savings. As an Asset Control Specialist, Risk-mitigation is Rule #1. You don't need money, experience, or a real estate license to execute the Asset Control Specialist business model. There are exit-strategies that require no money. But also, there are acquisition-strategies that require a little money. During the first Asset Control Specialist class that Sloper and I taught, we took control of two different assets. If we used the no money exit-strategy, we stood to make $25K in profit. However, if we chose the exit strategy that required a little money, then we stood to make $60K in profit. Ideally, we never like to use our own money. Just like in Vegas, we like to use the "house's" money. So, we use the Rapid Build Process to create additional income sources that solely-exist to fund some of our real estate investment opportunities. You can do this. Anyone can do this. And the best Asset Control Specialists do this repeatedly. You should be one of them, to unlock the bigger profits as you play with the house's money and not your own.

So, the better you understand marketing, and the faster you can build out marketing systems, the faster you can get to that position of being a full-time real estate investor.
